My name is Swathi Silarapu. I founded Nookly after three and a half years as a Mental Health Support Worker supporting individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, and complex support needs across the UK.
My MSc research in Biotechnology focused on the early detection of Chronic Kidney Disease — work that taught me how data, observation, and timely intervention change outcomes. When I moved into frontline care, I saw the same principle being undermined every day: carers spending hours on paperwork when that time could be spent with the people they support.
Nookly's proactive risk detection feature came directly from that research background — identifying subtle signals in daily records before they become clinical emergencies. My vision is to transform care documentation from a compliance burden into a tool that genuinely improves lives.

Eeswar Makineni co-founded Nookly and leads its technology and AI engineering. He is currently studying for an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at the University of Hertfordshire (2026–present), building on a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with an AI & ML specialisation from JNTUK, India (2021–2025).
He previously served as Software Development Engineer and Frontend Team Lead at Progra Technologies (Jan–Aug 2025). He is also Founder & CEO of Medi Electronic Tech (MET) AI Solutions Pvt Ltd — applying AI to real-world healthcare challenges. Born in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India (Bharat).
